Collect your hire car in minutes from Dublin Airport

written by Dan Casper March 19, 2016

Collect your hire car in minutes from Dublin Airport

When you arrive in Ireland for a business trip or holiday, the last thing you want is to be waiting around to get a taxi to your hotel or meeting place.

That's why we at Auto Europe think you should arrange car hire from Dublin Airport, so all you have to do once you touch down in the Emerald Isle is collect the keys to your rental vehicle and hit the road.

This will see you avoiding the queue for cabs and means that you don't have to worry about trying to work out which is the best route to take on public transport to reach your accommodation.

If you need any more convincing about the benefits of hiring a car to pick up at Dublin Airport, read on.

Cut out waiting times

Hiring a vehicle for the duration of your stay in Dublin makes perfect sense, as you won't have to wait around once you have got off the plane. Instead, you will have your own transport waiting for you, to help you get to your accommodation swiftly.

You will find the car hire desks of our main suppliers located within the arrivals halls of Terminals 1 and 2 of Dublin Airport. Typical opening hours are between 05:30 and 23:30 GMT, so you should experience little difficulty collecting your keys.

The airport itself is located 8 miles (12 km) away from the city centre and you can reach it within 20 minutes once you are behind the wheel.

If you're worried that you won't be back at the airport to return your car until after desk opening hours, don't be – simply leave your keys at the drop-off boxes provided.

We recommend that you arrange to hire your car before leaving for Ireland, so all you have to do once you arrive is pick it up. That way, you are cutting out all of the hassle and will swiftly be able to get on with exploring this beautiful country.

Arrange your car rental through Auto Europe

Auto Europe is committed to making your time in Dublin as enjoyable as possible, and we believe a big part of this is having your own set of wheels to rely on.

By hiring a car, you are free to travel around Dublin and Ireland at your own pace, without having to tackle unfamiliar public transport systems.

We have a vast number of vehicles for you to choose from if you do decide to rent an automobile for your stay, ranging from spacious SUVs that are perfect for the family to luxurious convertibles that might be just the thing for couples on a romantic break.

You will also find plenty of compact and efficient vehicles on our books if you are keen to keep your costs down, or you could hire a motorbike.

Once you have chosen your car and where you will pick it up from, all you have to do is fill in our simple online form or call 0800 358 1229 to speak to a member of our team.

We will then send you a voucher to use to collect your car and you will also be able to contact us at any time, thanks to the 24-hour customer service we promise.

Best of all, the amount we quote you is what you will pay, with no unexpected charges tagged on once you are presented with your bill.

So, if you're going to Dublin, why not consider car hire through Auto Europe? You won't be disappointed.
