Africa Travel Resource specialise in helping travellers plan authentic, tailormade and unusual holidays to Africa.

Tanzania is arguably the most diverse and appealing country in East Africa, with a spectacular choice of safari and trekking options, along with the amazing tropical islands of Zanzibar.

For luxury safari experiences Kenya is a popular destination but also carries a heavy burden of mass market tourism. Rwanda and Uganda are favoured destinations for their gorilla populations, with a wealth of activities and experiences to offer besides.

Botswana has Africa's perhaps the best and most expensive safari on the continent, a very clean and authentic bush experience.

Zambia offers a similar style of high quality lodge based safari, but is perhaps slightly less commercial and more off the beaten track in terms of African safari destinations. Namibia meanwhile offers something altogether different to many other African safris with some truly mind-blowing desert experiences.

South Africa is an incredibly diverse country of vibrant cities, stunning coastline, winelands and wilderness, a much more advanced country with infrastructure to match.
