Air France ‘will do all it can’ to limit flight disruption during the strike announced for October 26th.
French union CGT is also encouraging Air France employees to stage a 24-hour strike on Friday October 26th in protest of the company's restructuring plans.
Air France expects to carry all its passengers to their final destination. Disruptions to flights should remain limited to a few delays.
In the case of flight disruption, Air France will inform customers directly by telephone, SMS or email.
To be notified personally, Air France recommends that all customers check that they have provided their contact details while travelling (mobile phone or email).
This information can be entered on the website www.airfrance.com via the “Consult/Change your reservations” section.
This free “AF Connect” service is available in 10 languages to all passengers worldwide.
