Imaginative Traveller customers can see Petra in Jordan
Imaginative Traveller has launched its 2012 brochure, providing details of 175 trips to 68 destinations in regions such as Africa, Latin America and the Middle East.
Among the itineraries is a 15-day tour of Burma starting from £1,718 per person with flights from the UK, featuring experiences including a cruise along the Irrawaddy river to Mandalay.
A week in Jordan will provide the opportunity to see famous sights such as the ancient city of Petra from £919 per person with UK departures, while a 21-day break in Bolivia and Argentina will include visits to vineyards, the Uyuni salt flats and the Atacama desert.
Of the trips in Imaginative Traveller's 2012 brochure, more than 110 are new and 19 are designated 'family adventures'.
The itineraries have been selected from the portfolios of major operators such as The Adventure Company, Dragoman and Gecko's.
Liddy Pleasants, brand manager for Imaginative Traveller, said: "Using our destination knowledge and travel expertise, we're able to select the most imaginative, exciting and fun adventure tours from around the world."
The company is expecting sales of its popular tailor-made holidays - which can be anything from honeymoons to trekking expeditions - to increase twofold this year.
