Holidaymakers looking for some great New Year's Eve holiday ideas are set to be wowed by a new range of escorted trips from Great Rail Journeys.

In the UK, foe example, guests can see in the New Year in Edinburgh before exploring Inverness and the Cairngorms by rail during a six-night Caledonian Hogmanay holiday.
