This is the only tour by a 'toxic asset' trader who was at the front lines of the financial crisis.
As a former vice president at Deutsche Bank, Andrew Luan helped manage a billion dollar trading business and traded structured credit bonds, specifically CDOs, those assets blamed for destroying many financial institutions.
A portion of the tour proceeds will be donated towards to help improve financial literacy.
The tours are $40 (£30) per person and free for children. The organisation also offers free weekly tours to benefit those that cannot afford to pay.
