Luxury accommodation in central London
Bermondsey Square in London is set for the arrival of The Bermondsey Square Hotel in April; an independent boutique hotel set in the heart of London's vibrant Bermondsey.
Created by Bespoke Hotels, the people behind the re-launch and extension of Home House it is the latest addition to Bespoke's eclectic collection of fine English hotels.
Designed by acclaimed designer David Gabriel, The Bermondsey Square Hotel is "elegant with an edge" and fused with an English eccentricity.
It sits in the heart of the creative community of Bermondsey which Vogue describes as "a destination for South London's most stylish shoppers".
Bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully appointed and designed for maximum comfort. Beds are set at an angle so low level headboards house desks so you can watch TV across the room while checking into your laptop.
Using a palate of reds, greens and black, the interiors nod to the 60's in South London. Referencing the iconic 60's, the hotel's four rooftop suites are aptly named Lily, Ruby, Judy and Lucy.
The theme continues with in-house restaurant 'Alfie's Kitchen, Bar and Deli', run by Mark Taylor who has achieved AA three rosette standards and previously run the kitchen at Manor House Hotel, Castle Combe and Pennyhill Park, Surrey.
This 90 cover inside (and 120 al fresco seat outside) restaurant will serve the best of English to the best of Bermondsey. On the doorstep of foodie Mecca Borough Market, Alfie's Kitchen will offer the highest quality, locally sourced produce.
