Wild West holidays in the US

Wild West Tours (WWT) has launched new adventure trips in the US for the active traveller.

The 13 new tours offer holidaymakers a unique experience in the American West, from the Colorado Rockies to the Pacific coast and canyons of the southwest.

WWT offers itineraries which include well known tourist destinations and vibrant cities, such as Las Vegas, San Francisco, the Grand Canyon, Hollywood and Venice Beach; but WWT's real specialty is in taking overseas clients to isolated locations that are only known to the locals, and which are often bypassed by many visitors to the United States.

"When you travel with Wild West Tours you'll do more than just 'see' the destination, you'll experience it," promises Mark Fairchild, director of Travel Operations and Founder of Wild West Tours.

"We believe that the natural beauty and hospitable culture of the American West can create priceless, lifelong memories, and our mission is to create those memories for every client, every time they travel with us."

Travellers stay in three-star and above accommodations and the company offers tours throughout the Western United States ranging from 10 to 24 days . In the Spring of 2010 Wild West Tours will also release a series of one to four day trips for those that cannot book the longer ones.

WWT was founded by two brothers who were born and raised in Colorado, and who have spent over 20 years exploring the outdoors of the American West. One of those brothers, Mr Fairchild, has worked for over nine years as a guide of single and multi-day outdoor adventures in the United States, Central America, South America, Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand.

Mark's knowledge of the area and commitment to creating unique experiences goes into every trip that WWT offers.
