European and UK flights specialist Wizz Air has teamed-up with cheap hotel search engine Hotelopia.

A new website, www.wizzhotel.com, has been launched allowing holidaymakers to book accommodation in the 47 destinations Wizz flies to.

This includes the eastern European cities Budapest, Warsaw, Gdansk, Bucharest and Sofia as well as cities in Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Scandinavia and Greece in western Europe.

The website offers travellers the ability to book around 25,000 hotels. Added benefits of the booking system include 24-hour customer service and information on the destination such as maps.

The move follows Hotelopia similar cheap hotel partnership with Zoom Airlines last month.
