Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa is offering special racing experience packages during the renowned Royal Ascot meeting, June 19th – 23rd ensuring you are close to the excitement.

The nearest four-star hotel to the Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire, the Berystede is offering B&B from £225 per night for two sharing a double or twin room plus special champagne breakfast, lunch and dinner menus for race-goers.

Located within gated landscaped grounds, the elegant hotel has played host to Ascot guests for over 100 years and continues to cater for top jockeys, owners and trainers during the week. Its bars and public areas abound with horse-racing memorabilia while most function rooms are named after famous Ascot horses or races.

Start the day in style with a pre-race champagne breakfast served from 7am to 11am at £25 per person or pick up the day’s tips and enjoy a ‘Royal’ luncheon on your way to the racecourse, both are available for hotel guests and non-residents. The renowned dressed buffet lunch with its amazing ice and vegetable carvings, created by the hotel’s AA rosette team of chefs, is served from 11.45am until 2.30pm priced at £45.

In the evening celebrate your winnings and meet and mingle with friends over a glass of chilled champagne or Pimms on the outdoor roof terrace as the sun sets; then enjoy a brasserie dinner from £35pp. A selection of function suites and outdoor terraces can also be booked for private celebrations for 8 to 300 people.
A private shuttle service is also available between the hotel and racecourse for a small extra charge but book lunch or dinner before 8th June quoting Ascot Special for a complimentary transfer.
