Last-minute flight deals to Spain

If you are looking to escape the British winter for the warmer climes of Spain then there are several cheap flight deals to be had if you are prepared to move fast.

Flights to Tenerife, the best known of the Canary Islands, are available for £94 return per person, departing from London Stansted from February 13th to 22nd 2007.

Tenerife has some great beaches at Puerto de la Cruz, with visitor attractions such as the Black Pyramids for holidaymakers looking to soak up some culture as well as warm sunshine.

There are also flights available to the Spanish mainland from £80 return.

Destinations include Alicante, in the Valencia region, where holidaymakers can visit Castillo de Santa Barbara, which offers great views over the grand city.

By the beaches of the Costa Blanca, Alicante is also a major wine making region of Spain as well as specialising the tasty treat turrones - an almond and honey nougat.

Flights depart from London Gatwick from February 8th to 28th 2007.
