Holidaymakers who are fans of Dr Who and want a dose of the British seaside should get in their Tardises and head for Swansea in Wales this month.
The third convention devoted to the Time Lord will be taking place at the city's Marriott Hotel from September 29th to 30th, and will be attended by a host of Dr Who luminaries.
Stars from the original series appearing in Swansea include Anneke Wills (one of Dr Who's first assistants), Nicholas Courtney who played the Brigadier, and the sixth Dr Who Colin Baker.
Other Dr Who assistants in the line-up include Louise Jameson and Sophie Aldred, who appeared with Tom Baker and Sylvester McCoy respectively.
Swansea is also a great holiday destination for active holidays in south Wales, whether you want to take a stroll along Mumbles pier, or go further afield to the beaches and hills of the Gower.
