easyJet connects Belfast to Berlin and Rome

Rome: easyJet will be flying direct from Belfast from July
easyJet has announced two new direct European services from Belfast International Airport.

The low-cost airline will fly from Belfast to Berlin Schoenefeld and Rome Ciampino airports from July 2005.

Fares will start from £22.99 one way, and seats are already on sale.

Ed Winter, easyJet chief operating officer, said: "easyJet is delighted to be introducing these brand new routes to Berlin and Rome, increasing our total choice of destinations to 18."

Three million passengers have travelled through easyJet's Belfast base in the last twelve months.
