Fly to Spain from Norwich airport

Friday, 25 Apr 2008 10:20
Three new weekly flight services from Norwich airport to sunny Spain will begin on July 5th 2008 as a new airline begins operations in Norfolk.

Spanish airline LTE will operate the new low-cost scheduled flights to Alicante, Barcelona and Palma.

Airport managing director Richard Jenner said: "We are delighted to welcome LTE to Norwich, for their first scheduled UK services.

"They are an established charter airline, having worked with UK tour operators such as Thomas Cook and Thomson - indeed, many passengers from Norwich have already flown with LTE to Lanzarote on First Choice holidays."

LTE is based in Palma, Mallorca, and tickets for the summer flights go on sale today (April 25th).

It operates a modern fleet of seven Airbus A320 aircraft.
