Paultons Park unveils new ride

Friday, 14 Mar 2008 14:46
Paultons Park in Hampshire has revealed details of its new Sky Swinger attraction, a ride with nostalgic appeal that lifts riders six metres above the ground.

The theme park is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and they have created a spacious new entrance plaza featuring a floating globe, specifically for the 2008 season.

The park has also added John's Garden to their list of over 50 rides and attractions.

Situated just inside the entrance, the green area has been specifically created to give guests the chance to take a break from the busier areas.

Other rides at the park include the Cobra roller coaster, the Raging River Ride log flume, the Jumping Bean drop ride and the Flying Frog mini-coaster for kids.

Also present are the usual collection of exotic birds and animals, such as meerkats, wallabies and giant tortoises.

Paultons Park is currently open every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday and will be open daily at 10am from Thursday 20th March onwards.
