Manchester gets four new Ryanair routes

Wednesday, 26 Mar 2008 10:40
Ryanair is to start flying from Manchester airport to Barcelona, Bremen, Marseille and Milan in April.

The low-cost carrier's director of scheduled revenue, Sean Coyle, said the new services "are great news for Mancunian passengers".

Birmingham, Edinburgh, Liverpool, London, Manchester and Newquay are other UK cities expected to benefit from the route expansion.

The new routes are part of Ryanair's 2008 expansion, which includes 50 new routes and three new airports in Angouleme in France, as well as Arad and Constanta in Romania.

Ryanair is offering two million £10 seats until midnight on Thursday March 27th to celebrate the expansion.
