If you missed out on fireworks over this weekend, it is still not too late to catch one of the country's best displays next weekend in London.

The Lord Mayor's annual show will be taking place on Saturday November 10th, making it ideal for last minute weekend city break in the capital.

The fireworks on the Thames will be launched between Waterloo and Blackfriars bridges at 17:00, however there is also a chance to see the procession featuring marching bands, colourful floats and music, which starts at 11:00 with an RAF flypast.

The route goes from Mansion House to the impressive Gothic architecture of the Royal Courts of Justice, where the Lord Mayor takes an oath, before going on to Victoria Embankment finishing back at Mansion House around 16:00.
