Birthday special for Yotel Gatwick

Monday, 14 Jul 2008 16:11
Yotel Gatwick is celebrating its first birthday with a special price of £49 for an overnight stay in a standard cabin throughout the month of August.

The actual birthday was on July 8th and the Yotel at London Gatwick airport has rented 18,550 cabins and provided over 180,300 hours of sleep and relaxation to travellers over the past 12 months.

Yotels offer a calm space at the airport with luxury bedding and rejuvenating power showers, as well as a work station and free WiFi.

The in-terminal airport accommodation is stylish, comfortable and affordable, offering an alternative to the usual airport hotels.

Yotel founder Simon Woodroffe was inspired by luxury Japanese capsule hotels and chief executive Gerard Greene says the company has big expansion plans.

The special £49 offer will run from August 1st to 31st 2008.
