Execs leave BA and T5 passengers refused insurance

The travel chaos since the opening of London Heathrow airport's new Terminal 5 has led to the departure of two British Airways directors.
Director of operations Gareth Kirkwood and director of customer services David Noyes will be "leaving the company", BA has announced.
Hundreds of flights were cancelled and around 20,000 bags lost or delayed during the disastrous transfer of BA's operations to the new terminal.
There was further embarrassment for the airline today after it emerged that a number of insurance companies are now refusing to cover passengers who lose baggage while travelling through T5.
An Association of British Insurers spokesperson said that some insurers now see travelling through T5 as a "foreseeable and avoidable risk".
Direct Line commented: "In common with other insurance providers, we cannot provide new travel insurance policies to cover an event that has already occurred."
However, people who took out insurance before T5 opened will still be covered.
Insurer Norwich Union has said it will not be changing its policies.
