As well as being fun, relaxing and a great way to top up your sun tan, holidays are also a good opportunity for spending quality time with your family.
That is according to new research from First Choice holidays, which finds around 90 per cent families spend more than four hours a day together on holiday, compared with 15 per cent who manage to spend the same amount of time with their loved ones at home.
