Travel experts ranging from explorers to architects are sharing their top travel experiences on a new travel website.
Worldreviewer.com has got together 100 experts to contribute their travel tips on holiday experiences ranging from whale watching to walking and trekking destinations.
Writers include surf champion Merrick David, volcanologist and space scientist Dr Rosaly Lopes, British windsurfer James Hibbard, and Himalayan explorer Steve Berry.
"In recent years we've seen a boom in what has been termed 'lifestyle travel' but research now indicates a steady growth in 'experience travel'. Savvy travellers want more than just a boutique hotel or a private beach and it is this growth that Worldreviewer aims to tap into," commented James Dunford Wood, of Worldreviewer.
The website also features a global weather chart, showing temperatures across the earth month by month.
