Holistic holidays in Cambodia and Thailand

Wednesday, 28 Feb 2007 09:39
If you want to visit the jungles of Thailand and temples and the ancient sites of Cambodia but also want to learn some new skills in the process then one tour operator is offering a special one-off trip to south Asia doing just that.

From April Skyros Holidays will be running a luxury break across Thailand and Cambodia that along with sight-seeing aims to connect travellers with their surroundings by encouraging them to try the south-east Asian way of life.

Holidaymakers will be able to try out dreamwork and meditation workshops in ancient temples as well as being encouraged to be creative through sketching, painting and photography.

The ten-day tour includes five-star accommodation, and takes in the Khmer Temples and world heritage site of Angkor Wat as well as trips to Tonle Sap great lake, the Fine Art School and local markets.

The one-off holiday departs April 27th 2007 and costs £1,025 excluding flights, with half-board accommodation, transfers, entrance fees and guides.
