ABBA the Museum booking now

Friday, 07 Mar 2008 11:44
The Swedish capital of Stockholm will have an exciting new attraction this summer - the ABBA Museum, dedicated to the 1970s super-star band.

It will officially open on June 3rd 2008 but the online booking office will open next Thursday March 13th, with demand for advance reservations expected to be high.

Opening packages that went on sale in December sold out quickly and there is likely to be special interest in the opening week festival from June 3rd to 7th.

Original photographs and memorabilia including instruments played by the group during their glory days will be on display.

Interactive exhibits will tell visitors the whole story - from the early years when Bjorn, Benny, Agnetha and Anni-Frid had separate careers, until they broke up in 1983.

"We have succeeded if our guests both sing, dance, laugh and cry and, upon leaving, want to go back in again", said Ulf Westman, one of the founders of the ABBA Museum.

Tickets will be date and time specific and can only be booked online through www.abbamuseum.com.
