Wednesday, 08 Aug 2007 17:15
Low-cost airline Easyjet is launching three more new routes this autumn from the UK to Bulgaria, Portugal and Austria.

Flights from London Gatwick to Sofia, the Bulgarian capital, will start from November 6th 2007.

The route will run three times per week for £50.98 return including taxes.

There will also be two new Easyjet services starting from Liverpool airport in November and December.

Cheap flights to the Portuguese capital Lisbon will start from November 2nd, with prices from £38.98 return including taxes.

From January 8th 2008 there will be flights three times a week to Innsbruck, known as a gateway to Austria's Alpine ski resorts.

One of Europe's oldest cities, Sofia has plenty of historical attractions from golden-domed cathedrals to museums in stately homes.

For active holidays in Bulgaria, the city is also close to the Rila Mountains, which has some of the country's most popular ski resorts, including Borovets.
