A general strike called by Greek trade unions has grounded flights in and out of all the country's airports today.
Air traffic controllers and civil aviation staff have walked off the job and Cyprus Airways has cancelled flights to Athens, Thessaloniki and Heraklion.
The country's biggest airport, Athens International, is facing the cancellation of up to 443 flights today, a spokesperson told Bloomberg.
This is the second strike in two months and is also affecting other public services such as schools, hospitals and ports.
Unions are protesting against proposed government reforms to the pension system.
The strike is scheduled to last for 24 hours.
