A cricket adventure. . . in the snow

Combining cricket with holidays usually brings to mind lush greens or sandy beaches and lots of sunshine.
However, holidaymakers with a taste for something different and a passion for cricket can take part in Estonia's answer to the Ashes - an ice-cricket tournament on a frozen lake.
The holiday, from eastern Europe specialists Baltic Adventures, offers holidaymakers a chance to play a six-a-side cricket tournament on a frozen lake in the Estonian capital Tallinn, with pre-match vodkas and a post-match traditional sauna.
And for the really adventurous there is also the chance to take an ice plunge to add to the traditional sauna experience.
The trip costs £340 per person for three nights' four-star hotel accommodation, transfers, flights with Estonia Air, a full day's ice cricket, a welcome drink of vodka, lunch, an evening banquet and a tour polo shirt.
