The tropical island of Bermuda will be hosting a music festival this autumn, headlined by Natasha Bedingfield.

The 12th Bermuda Music Festival takes place from October 3rd to 6th 2007 with a line-up of music legends including Lionel Richie, Earth Wind and Fire, and Smokey Robinson.

Events will take place at two outdoor venues on the island - the Beach Club at the Fairmont Southampton and the National Sports Centre.

"Other local talent and international artists are yet to be announced but the final bill promises to be an eclectic mix of rhythm and blues, jazz, soul and pop," the organisers explained.

Tickets cost from $50 per day (around £25), with a four-day festival pass available for $270 (around £135).

Bermuda is famous for its pink sandy beaches and is around a seven hour flight from London, and two hours from New York.
