Road trips key to inspiration

Going on a road trip may be the best way of being inspired, new research reveals.
A study of creative thinking finds 71 per cent of people are most inspired when away from the office, and the top place for the big ideas to come to workers is the car.
This is followed by the bed and outdoors, according to the research from Cadillac.
Simon Woodroffe, Yo! Sushi founder and entrepreneur commented: “The trick to having good ideas is to let the imagination run away, it’s not a logical process but more like day dreaming.
"That’s why the car is an ideal environment for creative thinking, as when you close the door you shut out distractions like emails and meetings, giving your brain the freedom to think through problems and come up with creative solutions.”
