New Virgin route to Mauritius

Long-haul airline Virgin Atlantic has announced it will launch a new route to Mauritius from London Heathrow from October.
A top winter sun destination, the Indian Ocean island of Mauritius offers warm weather, luxury hotels and golf courses, as well as great opportunities for an active holiday including fishing, diving, sailing and watersports.
"Mauritius is a beautiful island offering a range of relaxing spa centres and elegant hotels. Passengers will be spoilt for choice by the range of top class hotels, fine dining opportunities, excellent water sports, and world-class golf courses on this tropical paradise," commented Andrew Fyfe, Virgin Atlantic regional manager for the Middle East and Indian Ocean.
The new flights will be twice weekly from October 28th 2007.
