Tour operators will cancel their Kenya holidays for another two days after consulting with the Foreign Office.

Members of Federation of Tour Operators (FTO) have announced departures up to and including January 11th 2008 to Kenya will be cancelled, with alternative holidays offered where available, or refunds.

"Customers currently in Kenya are being advised of the Foreign Office advice to travellers and are expected to return home on their planned departure dates," the FTO said in a statement.

"The situation is being reviewed daily and any changes to departures planned after January 11th will be made over the coming days and customers notified in advance."
