Ryanair will offer cheap flights to Italy from Bournemouth later this year, extending the number of routes from the airport to four.

The low-fares airline will begin flying from Bournemouth to Pisa, which is a good base from which to explore Tuscany, and to Florence, on June 8th 2006.

The three times-a-week service, with one-way fares starting from £3.99, will complement existing routes from Bournemouth to Dublin, Glasgow and Barcelona.

Ryanair has also now begun flying to Lodz and Wroclaw in Poland, and Bergerac and Limoges in France from Nottingham East Midlands airport.

To celebrate it has launched 30,000 free seats on these routes, excluding taxes and charges, available until Thursday 16th February.
