See London's sights while staying in the lap of luxury
London's luxury hotels are offering extra incentives for visitors to spend a few nights in luxury this winter.
Sixteen of London's five star hotels have developed special offers to coincide with the launch of Visit London's new online luxury London guide.
These include a superior double room at The Dorchester with full English breakfast for two for £255 plus VAT; rooms at The Savoy, not including breakfast, from £199; and a two-night package at The Ritz starting from £1,500.
Promotions at other hotels include two nights for the price of one, special winter rates, and packages including theatre tickets, fine dining, spa treatments and champagne and chocolates.
The new website also includes tips on exclusive restaurants, suggested itineraries, and the best bars and clubs to visit.

The Savoy
The Savoy, located near Covent Garden, is one of London's most prestigious hotels, with 263 traditional English and art-deco style rooms. Its restaurants include the Michelin starred Savoy Grill. From January 2nd 2006 to April 30th 2006, prices range from £199, not including VAT or breakfast.
The Ritz
The Ritz is 100 years old in 2006 and is celebrating by launching its centennial celebration rooms package on January 1st 2006. Throughout the year, it will be offering a two night package with prices starting at £1,500.
The Dorchester
The 75-year-old Dorchester is located in the heart of Mayfair, overlooking Hyde Park. Its special winter rates run from December 11th 2005 to February 28th 2006. A superior double room is available for £255 plus VAT, while a deluxe double room is available for £295 plus VAT. Both prices include full English breakfast for two.
