Also in London will be the Star Wars 30th anniversary party from July 13th to 15th. More of an exhibition than necessarily a party, the show at London's ExCel venue will have movie props and costumes, the chance meet the stars from the films live entertainment and interactive events.

The event takes place from August 3rd to 6th and costs £7 for children over five, £5 for adults and under-fives, £2 for toddlers aged one and two, and is free for babies.

Not far from the city you could also visit the Glastonbury Children's Festival from August 10th to 13th at Abbey Park, also run by the same charity Children's World.
