In first place is hot, sunny and luxurious Dubai. With a wide choice of deluxe hotels available the destination also gives holidaymakers keen on tax-free shopping a chance to make big savings on top-end products.
And if you are planning on buying something very special for the lady in your life, Dubai has a large range of jewellers specialising in diamonds.
