The Wynn Las Vegas has over 2,700 rooms
The world's most expensive hotel is due to open in the American casino capital of Las Vegas next month.
The Wynn Las Vegas will open in April as the world's gambling centre celebrates its 100th anniversary.
Las Vegas already receives 35 million visitors each year, and offers an estimated 131,000 hotel rooms.
But the 50-storey luxury addition will bring an extra 2,716 rooms, as well as a 110,000 square-foot casino, a golf course, a spa, designer boutiques and 18 different restaurants.
All of the rooms come with a view - floor-to-ceiling windows nonetheless - as well as flat-screen televisions and prices starting at $249.
The £1.4 billion development is owned by billionaire entrepreneur Steve Wynn, who already boasts a string of exclusive Vegas hotels - including one with its own indoor tropical rainforest.
