Nepal and the great archaeological sites of
Egypt.

trekking adventures in the towering Himalayas.

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom was set in northern
India, where Indiana combats an evil cult looking to unleash the ancient powers of the sankara stones.
This film was actually shot in
Sri Lanka - in the city of Kand and the hills of the
Kandy Valley.
With lush vegetation, exotic wildlife, gorgeous beaches and year-round hot weather, Sri Lanka is only a plane ride away.
The third film, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, sets the climactic fight against the Nazis in the quest for the Holy Grail in the deserts of Jordan.
The fictional 'Canyon of the Crescent Moon', where the grail is supposed to lie was in the ancient rose city of Petra, in the Edom Mountains.
Here you can visit the stunning temples carved into the rocks by the Nabataean tribe of Arab nomads.
As well as the famed city of Petra, a wander around the old city of the Jordanian capital Amman and the Caves of the Prince will fill your head with Indiana Jones imagery.
