Greek Islands Club is offering two-centre Greek island holidays
Greek Islands Club has launched a range of two-centre holidays enabling travellers to spend time on more than one Greek island.
The tour operator specialises in holidays in private cottages and villas, tailored for those wishing to escape from the crowds.
It features 170 properties on islands including some of the better known such as Corfu, Crete and Cephalonia, as well as smaller islands like Alonissos and Skopelos.
The introduction of two-centre holidays means travellers can combine a week on a busier island that offers more activities, with a week on a smaller, more traditional island.
"We're delighted to offer customers these unique two-in-one breaks from our unrivalled range of properties in the Greek islands," said Greek Islands Club managing director David Watrous.
"Dividing your time between two islands makes a holiday seem that much longer and provides opportunities to experience a diversity of culture, landscapes and culinary specialities."
Suggested itineraries include combining a week in Paxos with a week in Corfu. Paxos offers tranquil secluded beaches, while Corfu has a wide array of tavernas, shops and nightlife, while still retaining its traditional charm away from the main resorts.
A seven-night stay in Kapassa House, a pretty country cottage within walking distance of Loggos waterfront, Paxos, combined with seven nights at Villa Elia in the small port of Nissaki, Corfu, costs from £649 per person based on two sharing.
The price includes flights from London Gatwick, inter-island transfers, car hire on Corfu and a property with a private pool.
