£200 off holidays to Crete

Chania Harbour, Crete: Travelling in April could save you £200
Greek Islands Club is offering £200 off holidays to Crete in April.

The tour operator has a selection of late deals on villas with pools on the most southerly of the Greek islands.

Travelling in April means the island will be less crowded than during the summer peak, and the springtime weather is likely to be sunny but less hot.

For £383 per person, Greek Islands Club is offering two weeks at the Villa Koubarikos, based on four sharing. Reduced from £583 per person, based on four sharing, the villa is in a rural setting among olive groves and overlooks a garden of oleanders, fig and citrus trees.

It has a terrace with view of the White Mountains and a barbecue and dining area shaded by a pergola.

Closer to the beach is the Villa Anastasia, which is situated in the seaside village of Kalives and is available for £339 per person – reduced from £539, based on six sharing. It has an attractive pool area while the sandy Mistraili beach is just 200 metres away.

Villa Stella, on the other hand, is located in the tiny hamlet of Nerokouro, which has seemingly been untouched by time.

Available for £547 per person, reduced from £747 based on two sharing, the villa has views over the valleys towards Souda Bay, a swimming pool, two terraces and a barbecue area bordered by roses and a garden of citrus trees and date palms.

All of the above are based on two-week holidays to Crete departing on April 18th and 25th. The prices include flights from Gatwick, self-catering accommodation, maid service and car hire.
