British, Australian, New Zealand, Canadian and US passport holders (and many others) will need to apply for a visa to visit Tanzania before travelling from your nearest Tanzanian diplomatic mission.

Health in Tanzania
Tap water is unsafe to drink. Current inoculation requirements should be discussed with a GP. Tanzanian authorities require travellers to show a vaccination certificate for yellow fever if they are arriving from neighbouring African countries. Travellers should not travel to Tanzania without comprehensive medical insurance.
