Egypt entry requirements
British nationals require a visa to enter Egypt. This can be bought from an Egyptian consulate or on arrival in the country.

Health in Egypt
Travellers should be prepared for extreme heat in the summer. Tap water is unsafe to drink on the whole. Current inoculation requirements should be discussed with your GP.

Travellers should not travel to Egypt without comprehensive medical insurance as private medical treatment is very expensive.
