Australia entry requirements
All travel to Australia requires a visa. British nationals can get an Electronic Travel Authorities card either from a travel agent, the Australia High Commission or the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs.

Australia health
Travellers should not go to the Australia without comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

There is a reciprocal medical agreement between the UK and Australia, which means British travellers can receive most treatments on the Australian Medicare scheme.

Travellers going to northern Queensland and the Northern Territory should take care against mosquitoes, as there is a risk of contracting dengue fever and Ross River fever.
