Airports: Portland

Flights from UK airports to Portland generally require a connecting flight on the East Coast, either at JFK airport or Newark airport, although British Airways does offer a flight directly to Seattle.

Public transport links from Portland International Airport to the city include the MAX, Portland's lightrail public transit system, which will put you in the middle of downtown within 40 minutes after picking up your bags - and it only costs a few dollars. Taxis are also available, but will cost upwards of $40.
